Install new version of Dev c++. It works fine in Windows 8. It also supports 64 bit version.

Installing ZeroMQ on Ubuntu
git clone git://github.com/jedisct1/libsodium.git
cd libsodium
./autogen.sh
./configure && make check
sudo make install
sudo ldconfig
cd ..
git clone git://github.com/zeromq/libzmq.git
cd libzmq
./autogen.sh
./configure && make check
sudo make install
sudo ldconfig
cd ..
git clone git://github.com/zeromq/czmq.git
cd czmq
./autogen.sh
./configure && make check
sudo make install
sudo ldconfig
cd ..

How to install dnspython
1. Download dnspython package from this link: http://www.dnspython.org/ if you have python3x then download dnspython3x.
2. For Windows, this command should be run from a command prompt:
setup.py install
3. You will be able to see a executable c:\python3x\Scripts\easy_install.exe
Now to install dnspython run this command on from command prompt: easy_install.exe dnspython
4. Copy dns folder from dnspython3x package and place it in c:\python3x\Lib\

Breaklinks in latex
You'll face problems in using dvi2pdf for following packages, to get rid of this problem use pdflatex command or you have to remove the breaklinks from the following packages.
